The users work with the OpenScape Xpert soft client, which is an easy-to-use, context-sensitive, Windows based, ergonomic user interface.
The soft client application can be configured individually for each user, setting their favorite language, number of handsets and defining their own user interface to suit their personal needs.

The soft client can be used with hard turrets or on PCs for back office or home users. One possibility for a device is the OpenStage Xpert 6010p unit which is ergonomically designed for ease of use with a high-definition 10 inch touch screen and hard keys.
